Will it work on my website?

Yes. If you can paste HTML into a page, the form works: WordPress (a Custom HTML block), Squarespace (a Code block), Wix (Embed code), Webflow, Shopify, Ghost or a hand-built site. Builders that only allow iframes get a self-resizing iframe, and there’s always a plain link.

Will the form match my site?

The embed uses your website’s font by default, and you choose the accent color, corner roundness, spacing and light or dark mode. Its styles are sealed off, so your theme can’t break the form and the form can’t affect your theme.

How is this different from Gravity Forms or JotForm?

Like Gravity Forms you get conditional logic, multi-page forms, notifications and an entries inbox, but it isn’t tied to WordPress. Like JotForm it’s hosted for you, but forms sit inside your own page rather than in a branded frame. And it connects to the rest of the Tona suite.

What happens to spam?

Spam checks run invisibly: a honeypot field, a timing check and a limit per visitor, plus an optional rule for messages with links. Anything that trips them is kept in a Spam folder without sending emails, so you can rescue a real entry in one click.

Where is our data kept, and who can see it?

Entries are only visible to members of your organization. You can choose not to store IP addresses, delete entries at any time, and export everything as CSV. File uploads are private and only downloadable by your team.

What counts as an entry?

Each form submission, except spam. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month. If you reach yours, forms show a short “not accepting responses” note until the next month or an upgrade.
